Processing time

All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.  Then, the orders are processed and this takes about 1-3 business days.  After the order is shipped, a tracking number is recorded.

All sales are final upon placing the order. We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and / or shipped.

If you cancel your order (within 24 hours after purchase timestamp) BEFORE it has been processed and / or shipped, you may be granted a refund but you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for Refunds by the credit card companies.

We implement this rule strictly because of the nature of our business. We provide "on demand" products which mean that when a customer orders, we manufacture the product then fulfill it. The order made by the customer serves as an agreement, a binding contract which tells us to manufacture what the customer wants to receive, thus making this rule fair to both parties.

 

Every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace the item.

Somewhere along the way we made a mistake. Not to worry though! If any of the following occur, we will take care of it for you.

  • Faulty Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong Item Sent: If we send you the wrong product, color or size.

What if I ordered the wrong size or I'm unhappy with an item?

Oops! Somewhere along the way you might have made a mistake. Ordered the wrong size or unhappy with your order? No problem. Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date so we can facilitate your return. All merchandise returns must be in the original condition and packaging.

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. IRIE BABIE does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

Replacement Request Instructions

If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace any items that we missed the mark on.  

As we can not always guarantee that you will be issued the style/size you desire by the time your returned item makes it to the IRIE BABIE Return Center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a store credit via a DISCOUNT CODE as an Online credit voucher once we've received your return. That way, you may use the DISCOUNT CODE towards the correct item/size or for another item. This voucher does not have an expiry date and may be used at anytime. 

Please follow these instructions for an exchange: 
1. Take a photo of the problem 
2. Send an email with the subject line “Order # “YourOrderNumber” Replacement Request” to  customer support

3. Please include the following:
- The photo(s)
- A specific description of the issue
- The Order Number - If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue

Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days.

  • Incorrectly Provided Address: If you made an error in the address. Packages returned to us can be shipped again at the cost of the re-shipment.

Final Sale Items

All items ending in $.96, $.97, $.98 are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned for store credit.

  • The following are non-returnable
    • Clearance items (unless damaged of defective)
    • Personalized Items
    • Items marked "Non-Returnable" on the sale page
    • Items you have already assembled
    • Item purchased as part of a bundle at a discounted rate (unless the entire bundle is returned)

In the event of an unauthorized return, IRIE BABIE reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for final sale items.

 Items received that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item free of charge.

Our policy lasts 30 days after item has been delivered.  If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. 


Refunds will ONLY be granted for items received damaged Refunds are not granted due to longer than expected shipping/processing times. 
All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered.

IRIE BABIE  is not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at time of purchase.


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To request a refund, please email your request to

customer support

In your email the following information MUST be included:
-  a receipt or proof of purchase
- an explanation in detail why you require a refund including pictures if the item is defective.
- a phone number where you can be reached if require further information about the item.

Refunds will NOT be granted for the following items:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged due to misuse or missing parts from the original condition for reasons not due to manufacturing error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we have receive sufficient information to complete the return, we will provide our return shipping address by email to the original purchaser. Your item will be inspected by the IRIE BABIE Return Center once received to confirm validity of the claim. A refund will only be granted after the inspection is completed.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. They will not provide a refund.



REFUND SHIPPING

To return your product, please email customer support  and we will provide instructions on completing your return. Our return shipping address will be provided at this time.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

*** We highly recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Due to external circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. ***



REFUND/RETURN CONFIRMATION

Once your return is received and inspected by the IRIE BABIE Return Center, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer support

Stale Returns

IRIE BABIE requires items to be returned within 30 days of original receipt. Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date so we can facilitate your return. . All merchandise returns must be unused, and still, have the original packaging. 

Returns received in our return center after 30 days are considered stale returns. Stale returns by mail are subject to being rejected and returned the sender. Alternatively, if the cost returning the item to your attention exceeds the then current value of the item, IRIE BABIE will apply a 50% restocking fee to the item(s) when processed in our return center. A DISCOUNT CODE for the remaining balance will be issued following our normal returns process.
