This high level of antioxidants can lower cholesterol levels, improve cardiovascular health and lower the risk of some cancers. In a study involving six thousand Japanese women, those who drank five or more cups of green tea a day decreased their risk of stroke by half.

If you are you feeling tired due to the nausea associated with morning sickness or other digestive problems, then ginger tea is a great choice.  Since nausea and vomiting can leave you feeling tired and run down, the fact that ginger works great at preventing both makes it another good choice for tired people and it promotes healthy digestive functions.
