Make your household products yourself
Some tips to make your own household cleaning products. There are some basic natural products, which are essential to have at home, and with which you can (almost) do everything in the house. I present them below.

NATURAL RAW MATERIALS

There are some basic natural products, which are essential to have at home, and with which you can (almost) do everything in the house. I present them below.

Sodium bicarbonate

The sodium bicarbonate is in the form of a white powder, which combines geological salt and calcium carbonate, so completely natural. It can be used for home maintenance as well as for cosmetics or cooking. Beware, however, for use in cooking or cosmetics, it is important to get food sodium bicarbonate.

Sodium bicarbonate has many advantages. It is economical, edible, biodegradable and does not cause allergies. Among its many properties, it can absorb odors, clean surfaces, or even fight against allergens.

White vinegar

The vinegar is composed of water and acetic acid, it is industrially manufactured from beet alcohol. This colorless liquid is 100% biodegradable which allows to use it safely for the maintenance of the whole house. It has antiseptic, degreasing and anti-limescale properties. Be careful, however, never to mix it with bleach or with soda ash, because the gases released could be toxic.

Black soap

The household black soap is composed of saponified vegetable oil with potash, so it is also 100% natural. Not to be confused with the black soap found in the cosmetic department, the household black soap is very concentrated and can be irritating in case of prolonged contact with the epidermis. It is a multi-use product that is safe for the environment. It will allow you to degrease all surfaces in concentrated version, and to clean without rinsing the whole house by diluting it in a little warm water.

You now know the three products to start with, with which you can already do many things! We will now see how to use them easily.
