If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
Selling customer information goes against what IRIE BABIE stands for. For further information please read our privacy policy HERE. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
What is the IRIE BABIE store credit?
Store credit via DISCOUNT CODE for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our return center. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our return center. Your DISCOUNT CODE covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. IRIE BABIE does not credit original shipping charges.
How do I unsubscribe from your emails and newsletters?
We’re sorry to see you go! To unsubscribe, just hit the “unsubscribe” link on the bottom of the email or newsletter.
What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

How do I see items in my local currency?
At the bottom of the menu, there is a selection to change your currency. We provide as many currencies as we can right now and are looking to expand, and if your not sure what price it is, we encourage you to check on google currency converter or your local search engine to check the price.
You should be able to pay in different currencies other than your local currency, and if you have any questions or issues, the quickest way to contact us is to email info@iriebabie.com.

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.
I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email, what's going on?
Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
Can i cancel my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
IRIE BABIE offers several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. We also take PayPal and Bitcoin.

How long will it take to for you to process my order
All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Then, the orders are processed and this takes about 1-3 business days. After the order is shipped, a tracking number is recorded. Click HERE to check the estimated delivery times.
How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
It will take usually between 2-8 business days.
What are final sale items?
All items ending in $.96, $.97, $.98 are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned for store credit.
- The following are non-returnable:
- Clearance items (unless damaged of defective)
- Personalized Items
- Items marked "Non-Returnable" on the sale page
- Items you have already assembled
- Item purchased as part of a bundle at a discounted rate (unless the entire bundle is returned)
In the event of an unauthorized return, IRIE BABIE reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for final sale items.
Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
IRIE BABIE is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order exceeds the custom limits for your country.
Will I pay extra taxes at the checckout?
Taxes are included in the item price.
My order was confirmed, but I just got an email that states I received a refund. What does this mean?
The item(s) you ordered was so popular that between the time you placed the order and when we processed it, the item sold out. The good news is, that we will refund you immediately for the cost of the item. (Minus any applicable promotion codes used on the order)
Oh no! I was so excited to place my order that I forgot to use my discount code.
We understand that these things can happen. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed.
I placed an order, but haven't seen any movement from IRIE BABIE. What's going on?
There are several reasons why your order may have been delayed. Please note, most orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Then, the orders are processed and this takes about 1-3 business days. After the order is shipped, a tracking number is recorded. Click HERE to check the estimated delivery times.
Why was my order cancelled?
There may be several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:
If you ordered a single item and we are unable to fulfill the order due to either (1) being out of stock or (2) an unexpected delay in our ability to replenish the item in a timely manner, your order will be cancelled and your original form of payment will be credited with the full amount of your order (less any discounts used when placing the order). If you used a IRIE BABIE refund DISCOUNT CODE for your order, a new DISCOUNT CODE will be issued for that portion of your payment.
- In some cases we are unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order may be automatically be cancelled. If your order has been cancelled for this reason, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, please create a new order using the correct billing address.
- When we are unable to process an order, we will automatically cancel and refund your item(s). You will receive an email confirmation notifying you of this change. Please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, although the average time frame for refunds to post is 2-5 business days.
KLARNA - Buy Now, Pay Later
I have been asked to go to Klarna's site. Is this right?
If you have chosen to Buy Now, Pay Later then Klarna will send you an email with instructions on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna where you can settle your payment with your credit or debit card within 30 days. If you do not pay Klarna within the grace period, late fees may apply.
How will I know if my payment goes through?
If you make a card payment during the checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from IRIE BABIE confirming your payment has been accepted. If you choose Buy Now, Pay Later with Klarna then you will receive a confirmation email from Klarna with instructions on how to pay within 30 days.
Why have I not been offered Buy Now, Pay Later?
The offer to use Klarna's Buy Now, Pay Later service is automatically generated based on algorithms driven by the information you provide in the checkout on IRIE BABIE, including basket value, order history, item availability and more. It is also only available to those over 18 years of age. If you are not offered the Buy Now, Pay Later option you can still use the other applicable payment methods such as: Google Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit Card or Bitcoin.
IRIE BABIE has no control over decisions made by Klarna so if you are not offered the service please take this up with them directly - you can visit their website or call 020 300 50833 Monday - Saturday 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM.
Does a credit search take place against me?
No. Neither Klarna nor IRIE BABIE run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating. Klarna may run a quotation search which is an inquiry which only you, and no other companies, can see and which does not affect credit scoring.
What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
Just your name, address and email address. For some orders you may need to provide your mobile number or date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It's very important that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information and so be liable for delayed payment fees.
What should I do if I want to return part or all of my order?
If you are close to your Buy Now, Pay Later due date, you should also contact us on support@iriebabie.com who will make any necessary adjustments to the statement and provide further help if needed.

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center.

How do I request a replacement?
If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace any items that we missed the mark on.
As we can not always guarantee that you will be issued the style/size you desire by the time your returned item makes it to the IRIE BABIE Return Center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a store credit via a DISCOUNT CODE once we've received your return. That way, you may use the DISCOUNT CODE towards the correct item/size or for another item.
Please follow these instructions for an exchange:
1. Take a photo of the problem
2. Send an email with the subject line “Order # “YourOrderNumber” Replacement Request” to customer support
3. Please include the following:
- The photo(s)
- A specific description of the issue
- The Order Number - If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue

We currently do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
There is something missing/defective/ not what I ordered. What do I do?
Somewhere along the way we made a mistake. Not to worry though! If any of the following occur, we will take care of it for you. We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact our Customer Care Team within 2(two) days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible!
Do you refund shipping fees?
To return your product, please email customer support and we will provide instructions on completing your return. Our return shipping address will be provided at this time.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Will I get a refund/return confirmation?
Once your return is received and inspected by the IRIE BABIE Return Center, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or in form of a store DISCOUNT CODE as soon as possible.
I haven't gotten my refund yet?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Stale Returns
IRIE BABIE requires items to be returned within 30 days of original receipt. Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date so we can facilitate your return. . All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still, have the original tags attached.
Returns received in our return center after 30 days are considered stale returns. Stale returns by mail are subject to being rejected and returned the sender. Alternatively, if the cost returning the item to your attention exceeds the then current value of the item, IRIE BABIE will apply a 50% restocking fee to the item(s) when processed in our return center. A DISCOUNT CODE for the remaining balance will be issued following our normal returns process.

My package is being returned to IRIE BABIE, what to I do now?
All packages returned to us due to an invalid address will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in form of a DISCOUNT CODE minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to reship an order as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. You can use the store credit issued to your in form of a DISCOUNT CODE to place an additional order to the corrected address; however we do not guarantee that items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
Does IRIE BABIE issue refunds?
You may return any product purchased from our store in its original condition and original packaging, unused, undamaged, with all labels still attached and within 30 days for refund of the purchase price (you must pay the cost of return postage and refund of items purchased by Gift Card will be by reissue of a Gift Card).
We offer store credit via a DISCOUNT CODE. Please treat this DISCOUNT CODE like cash.
Can I get a refund or credit if the price of an item has changed since I ordered it?
As a fast fashion retailer and eCommerce business, our prices change in response to fashion trends, current stock on hand, demand from our customers, and various promotions. This being the case, we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.

I'm in love with an item, but it is out of stock on the site. What should I do?
Good news! We get new items daily, and often restock our most popular items. You can be notified by email by joining our mailing list. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via email with our restock catalog.
Helpful Hint: Act quickly when you find a style, size, or color you like! Due to the fast nature of our business, we never guarantee that an item will be restocked.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
IRIE BABIE reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, IRIE BABIE reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-IRIE BABIE items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
Wardrobing & Excessive Returns
Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer's return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all our customers across the globe.
